Student Coaching
I coach students on any topic, course and level of study. I work to enable the client to: achieve their study aims, improve their study-skills, maintain their wellbeing (including reflecting on their work-life balance) and other topics that can come up. Coaching psychology models used in our work together often include: solutions-focused approach, positive psychology coaching, cognitive behavioural coaching and a person-centered approach. Some of my clients have been established professionals (including coaches, coaching psychologists, educators, subject matter experts in particular fields) seeking to either undertake academic research, complete research or publish research they have already conducted. I have worked with people taking various types of courses at all levels.
